Kim D.
Registered Dental Hygienist
Kim is a Marin Native. Her passion for dentistry began when she worked for her father at his dental practice. She obtained her BA in Sociology at UC Berkeley and her BS in Dental Hygiene from UC San Francisco. Kim knew she had found another dental family when she began working with the team at Marin Advanced Dental Care five years ago. In her spare time Kim loves to spend time with her two children, Max and Maya. She enjoys crossfit, biking, hiking, running the Dipsea, staying at West Point, cooking, dancing and gathering with friends and family.
Katie H.
Registered Dental Assistant
Katie has been a Registered Dental Assistant with Marin Advanced Dental Care since 2013, after graduating from the Santa Rosa Junior College Dental Assisting program. Katie enjoys being a RDA because she loves to help people and she gets to learn something new almost everyday! Katie lives in San Rafael with her husband and son and enjoys spending her time outside of work exploring all the natural beauty that Marin has to offer.
Hannah M.
Dental Assistant
Hannah studied at Sonoma State University and graduated with a B.S. in Biochemistry. Hannah is passionate about dentistry and aspires to go to dental school to become a dentist. Hannah enjoys working at Marin Advanced Dental Care because she has witnessed patients overcome fears/phobias of dentistry and walk out with better oral health due to the excellent care they receive at our practice. Hannah loves hiking, camping and trying new foods and spirits in the Bay Area.
Ana Q.
Dental Assistant
Ana grew up in El Salvador and now calls the Bay Area home. Ana has been working in the dental field since 2016, working in the front office and eventually studied to become a dental assistant. Ana loves the dental field because she really enjoys helping patients. Ana strives to make patients feel welcome, comfortable and happy with their visit. Ana loves working at Marin Advanced Dental Care because of the new technology that is offered to patients. Ana enjoys spending time with her daughter, Genesis in her spare time. Together they like to explore parks around the Bay Area, gardening and trying out new cuisines.
Shawna B.
Registered Dental Hygienist
Shawna is Marin Advanced Dental Cares new Registered Dental Hygienist. Shawna has been practicing dental hygiene for 16 years. She enjoys providing the best dental care possible. Shawna moved to Marin from San Francisco and really loves it! She lives with her two beautiful daughters and enjoys paddleboarding, cooking, pilates, watching movies with her daughters and hiking with friends. Shawna looks forward to meeting you!
